Do you guarantee authenticity on your items?

Our items go though a thorough inspection before intake into our inventory. We are know for selling 100% authentic items are great discounts. We guarantee authenticity fully 100% on this item or money back no questions asked. Return only accepted if authenticity is in question. Buyer will pay return shipping, we will have it authenticated by a third party, and if found not be authentic, we will also reimburse return shipping. If found authentic, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping charges again to have the product re-shipped via USPS Priority, since we will not be giving a refund. 

The only way we could give a refund (only in certain situations, please write to find out if your transaction would be eligible) would be to buy the bag back from you (only handbags) but at 50% of what we sold it for, to cover the listing fees and Final Value Fees and re-stocking etc.

How long will it take to get my item?

We ship your item within 2 business days of receiving payment. We ship all items USPS Priority Mail or Express. All items are shipped from Corona del Mar, CA.
