Returns are only accepted if authenticity is in question. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  If we find that the item cannot be verified as authentic, we will reimburse 100% of the return shipping as well a full refund.

International orders will be claimed as used merchandise, valued at the price it was sold for. WE WILL NOT CLAIM ANY PACKAGE AS A GIFT, NO EXCEPTIONS. OnQueStyle is not responsible for international customs fees and taxes. Domestic orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery and mat be subject to a $2.00 fee.
